Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ almond milk, blueberries & cinnamon

Snack:
Yogurt w/ strawberries, blueberries & granola

Lunch:
Taco Salad
Apple

Early afternoon Snack:
Kind bar
Green tea

Later afternoon Snack:
Protein Smoothie (Almond milk, protein powder, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & chia seeds)
Cliff bar
Iced coffee w/ almond milk

Dinner:
Marinated chicken, Mixed veggies & peas

Snack:
Cucumbers & carrots w/ italian dressing
2 Ryvita crackers & pb
