7DSD - results

So it's been 1 whole week since I started my 7 Day slim down.  I have to be honest,  I don't follow it 100% to plan,  but I ate about 70-80% clean and worked hard, and I must say I'm pretty happy with my results! I weighed in this morning at 155.2, So I'm down 2.5 lbs in just one week! I can also see minor changes in my body.  Not to mention I just feel better overall. Seeing my progress just motivates me to work harder!

So without further ado, here are my progress shots :)

7DSD - DAY 3

Am workout:
30 min elliptical

Breakfast:
Slim down pancakes

Snack:
1/2 grapedfruit

Lunch:
Green salad with Turkey and bals vinegar

Snack:
Hummus and veg
Kind bar

Dinner:
Mahi
Asparagus
Green beans
Cpl bites of gluten free pesto pasta

7DSD - Day 2

Am workout:
30 min on elliptical

Breakfast:
SD pancakes (banana, egg whites,  protein powder,  blueberries,  flaxseed)

Snack:
1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:
Salad with Turkey breast & balsamic vinegar
Apple

Snack:
Protein shake

Dinner:
Baked chicken
Green beans
Peas

Snack:
Plain greek yogurt

7DSD - DAY 1

Breakfast :
3 hard boiled egg whites
1 roma tomato

Dinner:
Almond crusted chicken
Green beans

Snack:
Greek yogurt with strawberries & blueberries

I didn't work out,  and I didn't really eat much but I slept til 2pm and went to bed at 8 after closing the bar the night before

7 Day Slim down

So since the holidays I've been a little off track,  So I'm doing a "7 Day slim down" to kick start back into my regime. Here's my before picture,  weighing in at 157.4 lbs.
