7DSD - DAY 1

Breakfast :
3 hard boiled egg whites
1 roma tomato

Dinner:
Almond crusted chicken
Green beans

Snack:
Greek yogurt with strawberries & blueberries

I didn't work out,  and I didn't really eat much but I slept til 2pm and went to bed at 8 after closing the bar the night before
