Am workout:
30 min on elliptical

Breakfast:
SD pancakes (banana, egg whites,  protein powder,  blueberries,  flaxseed)

Snack:
1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:
Salad with Turkey breast & balsamic vinegar
Apple

Snack:
Protein shake

Dinner:
Baked chicken
Green beans
Peas

Snack:
Plain greek yogurt
