My 3 day juice cleanse: day 1

NSo right before the holidays living social had a deal for a juice cleanse.  I had heard a lot about juice cleanses,  and considering I kind of fell off the wagon around the holidays,  I figured why not.  I decided to wait until the holidays were over,  and use this cleanse as a kick start back into my clean eating lifestyle.  The idea is that it is supposed to cleanse your system because your body doesn't have to focus on digestion,  so it can clean all the toxins,  etc out.

So today is day 1. Here's how it went :

8am warm lemon water

9am juice 1 (cayenne pepper,  lemon juice,  spring water and maple syrup)
It was pretty tasty,  and I enjoyed the kick of the pepper.

10:15 juice 2 (beet,  carrot,  cucumber,  ginger, lemon,  parsley,  spinach)
Not as tasty as the first,  but not bad.  It's a lot thicker than the first. 

12 juice 3(carrot, ginger,  lemon,  lime,  pineapple). Better than the second one,  not as good as the first.  Surprised that I'm not starving.
