Banana

AM Workout:
2.3 mi run (30 min)
Full body workout

Breakfast:
Clean BB pancakes

Snack:
Cottage ch & pineapple
Coffee with cream and sugar

Lunch:
Turkey burger wrap
Spinach salad with italian dressing

Snack:
Tzatziki, cucumbers & carrots
Cliff bar

Dinner:
Tomato, mozzarella salad
1/3 piece of lasagna
2 glasses of chardonnay


(total net calories around 1,700)
