Day 1 of 14 (r2)

Breakfast:
Blueberry protein pancakes
Coffee with Almond milk

GenetixHD

Snack :
Honeydew

Chobani & almonds

Zucchini &  tomato sauce

Lunch :
Salad with steak &  Italian dressing

Snack :
Banana protein muffin

Apple

So my meals were a little spaced out and sporadic.  I worked a double at the bar so I just ate where I could,  thus the spacing
