So it's been 1 whole week since I started my 7 Day slim down. I have to be honest, I don't follow it 100% to plan, but I ate about 70-80% clean and worked hard, and I must say I'm pretty happy with my results! I weighed in this morning at 155.2, So I'm down 2.5 lbs in just one week! I can also see minor changes in my body. Not to mention I just feel better overall. Seeing my progress just motivates me to work harder!
