Breakfast:
Banana
1 egg,  2 egg whites scrambled with onion pepper tomatoes and spinach
Coffee w almond milk

Lunch :
Rice and beans with guac

Snack:
Lean shake with strawberries and raspberries

Dinner:
Tacos with chicken lettuce tomatoes Jalapeños and hot sauce

Snack :
Pineapple
